Release

This is the thing I've been translating on the side.

I wanted to ensure that each line had a translation, so I did. Also, most people will be focused on the translated dialogue, so I put my effort there.

I've included the file strTL.json, which contains my proposed translations. You don't need this file to use my patch - it's only there if people want to see what I changed without having to look through the dlls and bsps.
