Release 0.1 - Intro and Matsuri Route

First release; I've translated the following:

• All character names, to my knowledge.
• The Main Menu options.
• The introduction cutscene.
• The entire Matsuri (Jasmine) Route.
• The Matsuri content in Extras.

I've also added a bugfix that should fix the red screen freeze on Ayume's Route, present in the stock edition. I'll confirm when I start translating that.

I haven't decided on how I'm going to handle the password for the True End yet. I'll probably change it once all the Routes are translated, though I've found how the game handles it.
