Release 0.1 - Introduction and the Fifth Roll Route

First release, with lots of stuff.

This is the debut of the random roll function, where you can randomly roll the die. To use, you set the potential results above the question mark button, and then click the question mark when you're ready. All potential results are equally likely. I've set all 6 results to be possible by default, and you can reduce them down to just one possible result. You can technically set no possible results, but I have the VN yell at you if you do, and send you back to fix it.

As for the Fifth Roll, you might have seen this route if you watch ManlyBadassHero's channel - it's the only route of the VN he's shown. The theme of this route is Final Destination - the girl carries Final Destination wherever she goes, and the MC wants to cure her of it.
