Completed first ending.

I'm on a roll this week. I set aside some time to focus on making sure that I get the first ending out relatively soon.

This latest update translates up to the first ending, which opens up the following:

• The "Enlightenment Realm" becomes available after clearing the ending, but it will only let you rewatch the ending at the moment.
• You can switch between white and black without having to mess with save files.
• All the characters become accessible, but I haven't translated the unlocked sections yet.

I also fixed a few leftover freezing bugs earlier on in the VN sections.

With the first ending done, the journey to ending two is next. The area between endings 1 and 2 contains some additional character sections, and closes out the ADV portion of the game. Sections after ending two contain most of the combat stages and the NVL VN sections.
